MINDFULNESS WITH HEART
Embodied and benevolent awareness for women who want to learn to love themselves once and for all

Traditional mindfulness tells you to be “non-judgmental”—but what does that even mean? My approach is different. At An Unabridged Mind, you’ll learn embodied and benevolent awareness: presence felt through the body and practised with friendliness toward yourself.

This mindfulness approach isn’t about achieving some idealized version of yourself. It’s about developing the inner ally you need to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs.

That harsh voice in your head saying “you’re not good enough”? It doesn’t have to run the show. While you can’t eradicate your inner critic, you can learn to quiet it by leaning into self-love.

Real self-love isn’t about sugar-coating your life with toxic positivity. It’s a practice: something you do, an attitude you cultivate, day by day, moment by moment.

Daily acts of self-love add up. Over time, they change everything.
